Magazine Drawing to benefit HRCA’s Scholarship Fund
We are selling tickets to win a copy of the October 1972 Chess Life & Review Magazine featuring Bobby Fischer as the World Champion to benefit HRCA’s Schlich Memorial Scholarship Fund. This chess magazine drawing is one of our key fundraising activities this year.
Since inception, the scholarship fund has provided over $20,000 in needs-based financial aid for chess classes, tournaments, and other chess-related needs for both kids and adults who want to pursue chess. The scholarship is 100% funded by donors and fundraisers, through individual contributions and events like our chess magazine drawing and annual National Chess Day festival.
Tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20
You can purchase online or in person at the Zofchak tournament this weekend. You do not need to be present to win!
